Squat Day

Beginning Thoughts:
I skipped Press Day yesterday...so I'm gonna throw in my rows tomorrow. Diet has been pretty solid these last few days.
Workout:
Overhead Squats:
155 lbs x 3 reps
165 lbs x 1 rep
165 lbs x 1 rep
175 lbs x 1 rep

Back Squats:
300 lbs x 3 reps x 3 sets
315 lbs x 3 reps
275 lbs x 5 reps

Front Box Squats:
225 lbs x 4 reps
255 lbs x 1 rep
275 lbs x 1 rep

Farmers Walks:
105 lbs x 2 trips x 2 sets

Lat Pulldown Crunches:
100 lbs x 6 reps x 2 sets

Pallof Press:
47.5 lbs x 12 reps x 2 sets
