Exams have already begun...Time to buckle down and study hard.Workout:

275 lbs x 2 reps
285 lbs x 1 rep <-- goofed up 265 lbs x 2 reps SSB Good Mornings:
155 lbs x 5 reps
205 lbs x 5 reps
245 lbs x 3 reps
265 lbs x 3 reps
295 lbs x 3 reps
315 lbs x 2 reps
335 lbs x 1 rep
Decided to keep adding weight. I stopped at 335 because the bar was too heavy for my shoulders.
Glute Ham Raises:
BW x 8 reps x 3 sets
Chin-ups:
BW x 7 reps x 3 sets
Torso Rotations:
12 lbs x 11 reps x 3 sets
Front Squats & SSB Good Mornings:Diet:
Protein = 391.6 grams = 46%Overall Impression:
Fats = 135.3 grams = 35%
Carbs = 171.5 grams = 19%
Total = 3,473 Calories
I might push my Deadlift workout back to Friday if I feel meh about it on Thursday....
