Update on my weight-loss here.
Zero Weightloss for March. But, I haven't gained any weight either. AND I have lost 2 inches off my waist...so it's all good. I'm gonna try and drop some more weight this month. I am uploading an excel spreadhseet if anyone wants or cares about which has my calorie breakdown on a daily basis (taken from Fitday).
