Extra Workout

Beginning Thoughts:
I was determined to get pistols right this time.
Workout:
Pistols:
Practice
Finally managed to get a few full ROM reps with my left leg. 

Pull-ups:
BW x 5 reps x 5 sets

Dragonfly Sit-ups:
BW x 10 reps x 3 sets
